Thank you for the Support! On "Doing it All"

Dear Readers,

In the past few weeks that I have not written an original blog posting for Schmooz, I have learned so many things about myself and about my business. Business is about decisions, and implementation -- neither of which are easy to make or do. As I grow my company, implement changes and make hard decisions, I have struggled to know what to write in my blogs- my learning is real and I want to share with you, but right now, what I am learning is to prioritize my clients and contracted Schmooz support so that I can create the best system. However, that does not mean that I should forget one core competency -- writing and connecting with you -- the community.

Here is my moment to thank you - my support system, my clients, and my fans. You help make me feel motivated every day to bring my A game! For every time you ask a question about Schmooz, for every time you are open to a conversation, for every time you are open to sharing your lives with me. I am a lucky person to have a job where I get to connect with you.

On Saturday, I marked a milestone in my life -- graduating from my Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (#MBET). The outpouring of support on my personal social media networks partnered with my own pride in graduating and making this life decision to start this company inspired this blog post.

I am proud of my accomplishments; I know how hard I have worked to get where I am, and I know that I will continue to work hard. I haven't written many blogs for my own company lately, and I don't like that. How can I do it all? How will I keep up my commitment to my company blog? To be honest, I'm not 100% sure; I don't think there are easy answers other than working hard, being genuine to my clients and my relationships. Life is a fine balance, and right now, I feel so lucky to be Schmoozing, to be doing what I love and to be making a difference for my clients.
