“Schmoothie” Recipes

When mornings go by quickly and you’d like some nourishment on-the-go, Schmooz has your back with a some delicious “Schmoothie” recipes.

For best results, freeze fruit overnight before blending (except for bananas). And of course, feel free to add as much protein powder, or chia seeds for some extra fiber.

Smoothies that contain tea can be substituted with juice. Or you can try this tip: brew yourself some fruit tea at night, and cool the leftover tea to use in a smoothie in the morning!

The Electric Blueberry:

¾ cup of blueberries
¾ cup of milk (or Silk!)
½ cup of coffee
½ tsp of vanilla extract

The Kokomo:
½ cup of peaches
½ cup of mangoes
1 cup of orange tea
½ tsp of honey

The Indigo:

½ cup of strawberries
½ cup of blueberries
1 cup of pomegranate tea
½ tsp of honey
