Disconnecting in the Winter!

We often talk about work-life balance at Schmooz, and so with that, we’ve taken the pulse of some of our Schmoozers to help you think about ways to disconnect from technology!

Some Schmoozers like to get outside...

I'm usually pretty active outside in the summer, so with the chilly weather I take time to focus on some homemade projects I may have earmarked throughout the year. This month: homemade bath bombs and peppermint body scrub!” - Susan Stover

“I like going around the neighbourhood at night to see all the decorations lit up. Other than that, I like going on hikes with my dog, and skating at any of the public rinks with my friends. It’s always a good time!” - Julien Balbontin
